Ingredients:
- 1kg of fillet steak
- 2 spoonfuls of oil
- 2 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 garlic teeth
- 1 spoonful of chop parsley
- ECOSALT
- Pepper
- 2 glasses of white wine
Instructions:
Cut the fat of the steak, cut into pieces, and cook in a pot over the hot oil, until it is golden. Mix in a deep bowl the thinly sliced onions, the two garlic teeth also thinly sliced, the parsley, ECOSALT, pepper and the wine. Put into the meat’s pot, and cook on a low flame for an hour. Afterwards, add tomatoes, and chop chilis. Keep cooking until the sauce has thickened and the meat is tender. Goes perfectly with mashed potatoes. |
